be made up of 〜= 〜から成り立っている（O は複数名詞）
tweenを説明している。

teenager = 十代［13歳から19歳］の若者、ティーンエイジャー。13歳(thirteen)から19歳(nineteen)まで。11歳(eleven)と12歳(twelve)は、teen が付かないので含まれない。

teen = teenager
◆who is obsessed with fashion.
be obsessed with 〜 = 〜で頭がいっぱいである
◆She also boasts a collection of more than 20 designer handbags.
also = ブランド物の洋服を見せた(自慢した)後で、ハンドバッグも、ということ。
designer = 有名デザイナーの手になる
